Use Trader Analyst to review the latest available SEC facts for TSLA. Show the fiscal quarter, filing date and form, then compare revenue and diluted EPS with the same quarter a year earlier. Label any derived values and any gap between the facts feed and a newer filing. If SEC request identification is missing, tell me how to set it in my own environment. Do not turn the numbers into a buy recommendation.

Set your own name and email as SEC_USER_AGENT or the source configuration in your environment. This site collects neither. Claude should state missing facts rather than infer them.

What it reads

FieldExplanation

Filed facts

SEC company facts from 10-Q and 10-K filings, with form and fiscal period.

Comparisons

Revenue, earnings, EPS and margins against comparable periods.

Derived values

A Q4 or trailing figure calculated from filed periods, labelled as derived.

Other earnings context

Available earnings 8-K and press-release data; a transcript only when supplied.

The next earnings date cannot be inferred from company facts alone. Banks and insurers may not report an applicable gross margin; missing is not zero.

Limits & sources

What the result can confirm

What the available filings report for named periods and how the selected figures compare.

What it cannot confirm

That a stale facts feed is current, the next earnings date or the market's future reaction.

SEC company facts may lag a newer 10-Q. Label derived quarters and their calculation sources. A stale feed is not the latest reported quarter, and figures do not predict a market reaction.
